John is a Solution Architect, Data Architect, and Technical Engagement Leader with a strong record of driving large scale MDM and analytics initiatives since 2002. He has been successfully providing team and technical leadership, utilizing Agile methodologies, for the Omnichannel retail, enterprise MDM and cloud-based analytics spaces. Now at Lifetime Omics, he will repurpose data and computational infrastructures developed at SemanticClarity and apply them to EHR data and metagenomics data which involves real-time data dashboards and metrics, proven big data capability with secure uploads and integration of structured and unstructured data with smart, automated data cleansing, transformation for efficient and accurate analytics, and fully supported platform management and maintenance. His experience with extending enterprise data architectures to support the challenges of Big Data and the application of solid SCRUM strategies will ensure that he efficiently leads the software development team effort in developing CLAIRE, an omics-based clinical decision support platform for infectious disease and immune health assessment. John has a BS in Engineering from San Francisco State University.
