Topic Description: SBIR PHASE I – TOPIC 123: This broad topic includes investments in data resources and repositories, development of computational tools, their use, and tools to enhance timely data sharing and adherence to FAIR Data Principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable).
